Business Justification:
To support Qualys’ continued growth and digital transformation initiatives, we require a Lead Salesforce Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is critical to ensure that Salesforce remains a reliable, integrated, and efficient platform supporting our global Sales, Marketing, CPQ, Service and Customer Success organizations.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will serve as a technical leader within the Business Applications team driving innovation, ensuring the best platform practices, and enabling digital transformation across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who can architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business value through technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, development, and integration initiatives.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, CPQ, Marketing, Experience, Service).
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and APIs to deliver robust and efficient functionality.
