General Summary:

· Job Description

Support Auto customer/project as technical account manager. The role will be interface between customer and Qualcomm support team. Manage customer, project and issues. Build good relationship with customer and manage customer’s expectation, monitor customer project milestone and escalate key issues to both customer and Qualcomm support team.
· Skills/experience: Customer and project support experience with good cross-functional team communication and management skills. Auto industry experience is preferred.
· Additional Job Description
Preferred Qualifications:
• 8+ years of customer support or project management experience or related work experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with leadership.
• 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Customer Management
Visit customer regularly.
Train customer to understand and follow Qualcomm support process.
Win customer’s trust through good support.
Manager customer’s expectation.
Drive CE team to provide proper support to customer.
Driver CE team to train customer.

• Project Management
Collect customer project information and monitor progress.
Monitor all key milestones and support customer to archive all milestones on time.
Work with customer and CE team to launch product successfully.
Write regular project report to internal team.
