General Summary:
We are seeking a proactive AI Program Analyst to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of AI initiatives that address complex business challenges. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, analyze data and program health metrics, and drive timely execution across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, quantify impact, and surface actionable insights to improve operational efficiency across multiple organizations, with a focus on Automotive and IoT.
* Develop and maintain program artifacts (roadmaps, schedules, Jiras, Change requests CRs, status reports, and executive summaries) to provide clear visibility to stakeholders.
* HW ordering and tracking – involved in overall procurement process
* Partner with technical and business teams to define requirements, success metrics, and adoption measures for AI-driven solutions.
* Track deliverables across multiple project teams; drive follow-ups, remove blockers, and ensure timely closure of action items.
* Support governance routines (weekly business reviews, milestone readiness, and post-implementation reviews) and recommend process improvements based on data and stakeholder feedback.
* Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies with professionalism and clarity to audiences ranging from practitioners to leadership.
