General Summary:

This position is based in Shanghai. Support IOT customer/project as technical account manager to ensure the projects are launched successfully. The role will be interface between customers and Qualcomm support team. Manage customer, project and issues. Build good relationship with customers and manage customers’ expectation, monitor customer project milestones and escalate key issues to both customers and Qualcomm support team.

* Skills/experience: Customer and project support experience with good cross-functional team communication and management skills. IOT or Mobile industry experience is preferred.
* Education: Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree field

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Management

Visit customer regularly.

Train customer to understand and follow Qualcomm support process.

Win customers' trust through good support.

Manager customers' expectation.

Drive CE team to provide proper support to customer.

Driver CE team to train customer.

• Project Management

Collect customer project information and monitor progress.

Monitor all key milestones and support customer to archive all milestones on time.

Work with customer and CE team to launch product successfully.

Write regular project report to internal teams.
