General Summary:
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Wireless Algorithms Engineer to join our Algorithms team and take part in the development of next‑generation wireless products.
The role focuses on the research, development, and optimization of wireless algorithms for complex wireless multi‑antenna systems, from concept through system validation, with close collaboration across VLSI, HW, and FW teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Define algorithmic requirements for advanced wireless features
* Research, design, and optimize wireless and PHY‑layer algorithms for performance and robustness
* Drive algorithm integration into the system, including simulation, modeling, and on‑target validation
* Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose algorithmic improvements
* Support bring‑up and validation activities by troubleshooting complex performance and reliability issues
* Contribute to features definition, feasibility studies, and trade‑off analyses
* Serve as a technical focal point for algorithm-related topics across HW, FW, and test teams
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of hands‑on experience in wireless communications and/or signal processing algorithms
* Experience with algorithm development, analysis, and validation using simulations and lab measurements
* Strong background in modem and PHY fundamentals across RF/analog and digital domains
* Proven ability to define end‑to‑end algorithmic flows and collaborate across HW, and FW teams
