Job Summary:
This role is responsible for researching and developing innovative on-device agentic AI systems that deliver personalized services. Agentic AI naturally follows a heterogeneous architecture, designed to handle tasks of varying complexity across different modalities. You will contribute to building on-device small language and multimodal models tailored for agentic AI, enabling intelligent assistance with a deep understanding of user context.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and develop algorithms that understand user behaviors and multimodal contextual signals to enable intelligent, personalized, and context-aware assistance.
* Research and develop advanced multimodal and small language models tailored for on-device deployment, ensuring efficiency, low latency, and contextual relevance.
* Design and implement heterogeneous system architectures for on-device agentic AI, supporting intelligent memory, continual learning, and personalization.
* Establish technical influence by presenting research findings and proprietary technologies at world-class AI conferences.
