THE ROLE
You will lead a high-impact engineering team in Prague dedicated to Everpure Cloud, the cornerstone of Everpure’s hybrid cloud and cloud-native strategy. Your mission is to scale enterprise-grade data services natively on AWS and Azure, ensuring seamless storage agility for global innovators. By partnering with Product Management, Sales and Account teams, you will transform complex distributed systems challenges into reliable, production-ready cloud software fully owned by Prague teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and grow a high‑performing engineering team building the data layer and cloud‑native services for Everpure Cloud, fostering a culture of ownership, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Coach and develop engineers through regular feedback, clear expectations, and career development opportunities, helping senior and mid‑level engineers take on broader ownership and leadership.
- Own the roadmap and execution for key Everpure Cloud components (e.g., orchestration, lifecycle/upgrade flows, capacity and performance management, DR‑related workflows) in close partnership with product management and technical leadership.
