THE ROLE
Join our Monetization Strategy and Operations team to architect the future of Everpure's subscription platform and Order to Revenue processes. You will spearhead transformation initiatives, applying deep expertise in enterprise subscription management to enhance business efficiency and scalability. This role is a critical force in the CFO organization, driving measurable impact by collaborating across Product Business Units, Finance, Sales, and IT.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and Execute the Transformation Roadmap: Own the end-to-end process roadmap and execution for business process automation related to a key Everpure subscription function (e.g., Order to Revenue), ensuring timely delivery and measurable, global business impact.
- Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive executive-level buy-in and commitment across Product Management, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT for all critical workstream initiatives and strategic process changes.
- Deliver Large-Scale Process Change: Plan, lead the implementation, and monitor large-scale business process transformation, providing strategic direction for major system implementations and modifications (specifically around CPQ, Billing, and ERP integrations).
