Responsibilities We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Direct and synchronize security access reviews (UARs) across multiple Business Units to guarantee proper entitlement and observance of internal controls. Support management and collaborator reporting with periodic status dashboards, risk indicators, and audit support metrics. Analyze large datasets across multiple systems/applications to validate accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure data completeness. Provide end-to-end support for system access audits, including evidence preparation, issue resolution, and remediation tracking. Conduct data processing and validation tasks with careful attention to detail and strict control adherence. Conduct process deep dives to understand end-to-end workflows, identify control gaps, and assist in crafting preventive and detective controls. Understand the data flow between upstream and downstream systems, analyze root causes of issues, and articulate clear explanations to collaborators. Take ownership in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day operational issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.
