Conduct reasonability assessments on pension plan data to confirm accuracy and integrity. Communicate effectively with multiple collaborators, including Actuaries, to discuss detailed calculations and project progress. Estimate future workload capacity and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Follow up on outstanding queries and advance issues for timely resolution. Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm innovative solutions and support the team by taking on additional tasks as needed.
