Qualifications

HR is engaged in a transformational journey to help PNNL meet its talent acquisition and retention goals through innovative benefits, compensation, learning, and workforce programs.
Responsibilities
- Team leader for HR Solutions Center responsible for services provided to support management and staff in their day-to-day HR business activities.
- Participate in HR modernization and influence the future design of HR operations.
- Manage, coach, mentor, and develop HR Solutions Center professionals.
- As a working manager, perform HR operations, manage programs, and other duties as assigned.
- Design and oversee HR Operational programs, processes, and policies relating to an employee life-cycle.
- Support and build HR practices to support management and staff in their day-to-day business activities and PNNL.
- Leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) and data insights for operational excellence.
- Partners with HR Information and Services, Legal, Payroll, and other HR functional teams to support HR operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA and 6 years of relevant experience -OR-
- MS/MA or higher and 4 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous management or lead experience
- Experience with coaching and mentoring
