Overview

Completes all print processes in HRS Print Center Operations in a timely manner and implements escalation procedures by contacting individuals or organizations to ensure a timely resolution.

Responsibilities

Loads and unloads required paper stock to ensure that proper paper is used for each print job.
Stocks printer supplies and other storage areas to ensure adequate supply levels.
Performs normal maintenance and cleaning of printers, including replacing toner, fuser oil, and waste containers, and clearing printer jams to ensure proper operation of printers.
Monitors and inspects all printed output to ensure that all print jobs meet established quality standards.
