About the Role
As a Software Engineer: Internal Applications, Enterprise, you are tasked with enhancing employee technology services through automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and the development of workforce tooling. You will leverage OpenAI's models to optimize identity and access management (IAM) systems, build applications and dashboards for internal users, and streamline complex workflows through automation. This role involves designing and implementing efficient, secure, and scalable solutions, including intelligent Slack bots and integrations to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
We are seeking individuals passionate about leveraging automation and software engineering to solve complex workforce technology challenges. You should have a strong background in infrastructure automation, cloud services, and a deep understanding of identity management solutions. Your ability to build scalable and resilient systems, coupled with a problem-solving mindset, will be key to success in this role.
