Our team is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales organization. This isn't just about hitting call numbers; it's about strategically identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value target accounts to generate significant pipeline and fuel Okta's continued market leadership.

What You'll Do (Your Impact):
- Spearhead Strategic Outbound Prospecting: You'll own the identification and engagement of key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts, employing sophisticated, multi-channel outreach strategies (call, email, social selling, video).
- Generate High-Quality Pipeline: Go beyond lead generation. You'll deeply qualify, nurture, and convert prospects into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for our elite Account Executive team.
