The Role
We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of Okta Privileged Access (OPA). You will be the overall owner of this key product area. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a "hands-on coach", someone who can navigate high-level strategic planning with executives while staying close enough to the technical details to mentor a team of Product Managers through complex feature delivery.
You will bridge the gap between traditional enterprise security needs and the modern, ephemeral requirements of cloud infrastructure.
What you’ll do:
- Lead & Mentor: Act as a player-coach for a high-performing team of PMs. You’ll be responsible for their professional growth, roadmap clarity, and day-to-day execution.
