Job description
from NXP Semiconductors careersWe are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and design win pipeline working with and potentially leading a team of account managers. This role requires strong account management skills along with proven people management capabilities and a consistent track record of revenue and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive business growth, revenue targets, and design‑win pipeline across assigned accounts/regions
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a sales team and enable execution excellence.
- Act as a key customer interface at Senior leadership level for strategic accounts
- Build and execute account plans, forecast accuracy, and pipeline reviews
- Drive new customer acquisition and expansion in existing accounts
- Drive Design pipeline Growth and Funnel Management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, application engineering, distribution team, partners, and leadership
- Represent the organization in strategic negotiations, long‑term partnerships, and ecosystem engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering- Electronics, Electrical or related field
- MBA preferred
- 15+ years of sales experience, with significant exposure to B2B / technology / electronics / industrial or automotive sectors
