What you'll be doing:
Own end-to-end execution of NPI (New Product Introduction) manufacturing plans to meet customer demand and delivery commitments
Issue and manage production work orders with OSAT suppliers (hands-on SAP)
Closely monitor and drive supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Finance, Logistics, R&D, and Engineering teams
Support and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) processes locally
What we need to see:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain execution, or operations management
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., Bumping, CP, Assembly, Final Test, BEFIN, Shipment)
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP – strong advantage); Strong planning and execution skills
Experience working with OSAT vendors; Familiarity with B2B processes and supply chain workflows
