What you'll be doing:
Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team, setting clear expectations and driving strong engagement and execution.
Own month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure timely, accurate, and well-controlled financial reporting aligned with corporate and group requirements.
Oversee general ledger integrity, including journal approvals, account reconciliations, fluctuation analysis, and compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local standards.
Manage statutory reporting and external audits, coordinating with auditors to deliver statutory financial statements and resolve audit issues proactively.
Drive compliance activities including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings, partnering with the regional tax team and supporting transfer pricing documentation.
