The work will take place at one of our supplier sites in Taichung and will require working on-site 5 days a week.
What you'll be doing:
Own the new products, Optics infrastructure installation, and qualification.
Own the Optics equipment availability and efficiency in mass production.
Train the supplier engineers and technicians to operate and maintain optics infrastructure.
Manage the availability and usage of infrastructure spare parts and consumables.
Standardize and improve machine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
Lead NPI to mass production transition.
Leading root cause analysis and corrective action on production issues.
Identifying and fixing manufacturing problems.
