About The Role
The Netflix XD Operations team is seeking a Senior Design Program Manager to join our XD team! You will be establishing and optimizing best practices for NCXD (New Content XD), a team that delivers Live, Podcasts, and other new content bets that directly impacts the Netflix experience. XD creates rich sensory experiences that spark an emotional reaction with our members, driving connection, conversation, and engagement. As part of XD, you will bring your program management and people skills to drive cross-functional programs at scale. As a Design Program Manager, you will drive strategy to pixels by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of designers, content designers, design technologists, researchers, product managers, and engineers.
* Optimize and scale operational best practices across NCXD, in partnership with DPMs & Leaders, along with resourcing, prioritization, and orchestration with XFN and XD partners. Connects initiatives to reduce redundancies or spot opportunities for projects to benefit from a shared approach.
