We are looking for an experienced HR Program Manager to play a key role in designing, leading, and executing the broader team’s strategic talent deliverables. Designed as a uniquely blended role with a primary emphasis on strategic program management, complemented by dedicated HR Business Partner responsibilities, this position will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to architect and drive specific HR programs and initiatives that attract, engage, and retain talent, while also providing targeted day-to-day HR Support to a defined talent group.

Key Responsibilities

HR Program Management

* Program Leadership & Strategy: Partner with HR leadership to architect, manage, and drive overarching, strategic HR programs and long-term initiatives. The scope of these programs will be dynamic and high-impact, spanning a broad spectrum of the talent lifecycle ranging from strategic organizational design and change management frameworks to broader cultural and organizational health initiatives.

* HR Operations & Excellence: Partner with broader talent teams to lead the smooth execution, optimization, and operation of key Netflix HR cyclical processes (e.g., compensation planning, 360 feedback) and other specialized talent practices.
