We are seeking a Senior Agile Solutions Analyst to join our team at N26. This role is designed for a technical expert who thrives in a high-growth, evolving FinTech landscape. You won't just be managing tools; you will be optimizing the way our entire organization collaborates.

In this role, you will:

  • Translate Vision into Reality: Act as a key partner to stakeholders, taking broad business objectives and refining them into sophisticated, high-impact technical solutions within the Atlassian suite.

  • Drive Independent Project Life-Cycles: Lead initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through to design, build, and global rollout. You will have full ownership of the delivery process.

  • Continuous Ecosystem Evolution: Proactively identify opportunities to modernize our setup. You will independently detect friction points and propose innovative ways to enhance organizational velocity.

  • Engineer Advanced Customizations: Extend the standard capabilities of Jira and Confluence through custom scripting (Scriptrunner/Groovy) and high-level use of Atlassian APIs. You will build the "glue" that connects our processes.
