We are looking for a Senior AI & Automation Manager to join our Growth Operations team and lead the "AI Operator & Tooling Strategy" for N26 Marketing. This isn't just about managing tools; it’s about reimagining how a modern marketing organization functions. You will be our internal expert on the latest AI developments, identifying exactly where automation can replace manual tasks and where AI can supercharge our creative output. If you are a MarTech enthusiast who loves deconstructing complex workflows and rebuilding them to be faster, smarter, and more scalable, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of growth at N26.
In this role, you will:
- Architect AI-Driven Workflows: Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and automation (e.g., using n8n or Zapier) into marketing workstreams to accelerate production, approvals, enhance creative output without compromising on N26’s premium brand consistency, and feed the output into the different Marketing platforms.
- Optimize Marketing Efficiency: Conduct deep-dive analyses of existing team workflows to identify friction points and implement structural improvements that boost overall operational velocity.
- Scale Performance Reporting: Develop and manage automated reporting frameworks to track team performance, and operational efficiency, providing the data needed for strategic resource allocation.
