What You'll Do
- Develop and support automation and orchestration capabilities which allow us to operate at scale, including the building and running of our infrastructure and product code bases.
- Implement internal services, tools, modules, and applications to improve the quality of life for software development engineers and operations engineers.
- Participate in delivery of new service offerings, collaborate with development teams to deliver low latency, high performance, highly available applications.
- Ability to create and support new build and deployment pipelines.
- Level 3 troubleshooter for advanced and difficult to solve issues.
- Support 24x7 availability of our customer facing services as part of an on-call rota.
- Work cross functionally with Support and Engineering to provide support and assistance.
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter), including installation, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in production environments.
- Proven capability to automate infrastructure and operational workflows using tools like Terraform, Ansible, PowerCLI, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience applying Infrastructure as Code and Git‑based practices across platforms, including VMware where applicable and within its constraints.
- Experience with monitoring, backup/DR, patching, and security hardening of virtualized environments, including incident response and collaboration with networking/storage teams.
- Good Understanding of AWS (or Azure equivalent) foundational services like (EC2, R53, EBS, etc..).
- Experienced in supporting and deploying applications running on Kubernetes.
- Scripting and systems-related programming skills (Python).
- Experienced CI/CD tools administration (Jenkins, TeamCity).
- Experienced Linux system administration.
- Experienced technical troubleshooter.
- Good understanding of Security Best Practices.
- Experience with administration of web servers.

This position has a base monthly salary starting from 18,200.00 PLN gross. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
