We are looking for an experienced FP&A Compensation Expert to take full ownership of labor cost and compensation management across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, HR, Payroll, sales and is responsible for driving end-to-end planning, forecasting, analysis, and execution alignment for all compensation-related activities (salary, bonuses, commissions).
This is a highly impactful role with direct exposure to senior leadership, including the CFO and HR leadership, and requires both strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of compensation structures and business drivers.
About The Role
- Own the end-to-end labor forecasting and budget process by delivering ongoing updates for headcount and all compensation components, while also leading the annual planning cycle to define key compensation assumptions aligned with business growth.
- Manage and analyze all commission-related processes, including forecasting, validation, and quarterly performance analysis presented to leadership
