Duties for the HR Director will be effectively executed through the lens of Attract, Develop, Retain and also include supervising HR team members.

The HR Director will be responsible for supporting employee development, enhancing employee engagement through strong development and retention programs, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, managing the HRIS system and processes, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.
