Job Description: Customer Care Manager – Production Control Manager (Salary range between 75-85K) - This is a hybrid role so must be local to the 606 South Olive Street LA Office.

The Customer Care Manager role is a first line management position that is responsible for supporting the daily operations and program management functions for municipal projects in the Los Angeles area. The programs provide transportation technology solutions, parking violation processing, collection services, and project management services.

The position regularly interacts with the client daily via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and with internal management, information technology resources, and finance and accounting groups. The position typically reports to a Senior Customer Care Manager.
