Trapeze EAM is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead, develop, and support the Enterprise Asset Management Quality Assurance team, with a strong emphasis on building a high‑performing and engaged organization. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and professional development of QA analysts and QA automation specialists.
- Oversee all testing activities, including manual, automated, integration, system, and regression testing, to ensure comprehensive product coverage.
- Define and implement QA strategy and standards aligned with business objectives, release cadence, and enterprise software quality requirements.
- Drive test automation and tooling adoption, improving efficiency, coverage, and scalability of testing efforts.
- Track, analyze, and report quality metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, and release risk, and communicate insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to embed quality throughout the development and release lifecycle
- Stay informed of industry standards, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting enterprise asset management.
- Manage and mentor QA staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance, preferably within asset management, enterprise systems, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance processes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience with QA tools, automated testing frameworks, and enterprise asset management software (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP EAM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Certification in quality management (e.g. ISTQB, Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
