Job Summary:

Trapeze EAM is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead, develop, and support the Enterprise Asset Management Quality Assurance team, with a strong emphasis on building a high‑performing and engaged organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that the EAM Product Suite, including core modules, integrations, and workflows, meets established standards for quality, reliability, and compliance, while empowering the team to execute effectively. The manager will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to foster continuous improvement, reinforce industry best practices, and align team efforts with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and professional development of QA analysts and QA automation specialists.
• Oversee all testing activities, including manual, automated, integration, system, and regression testing, to ensure comprehensive product coverage.
• Define and implement QA strategy and standards aligned with business objectives, release cadence, and enterprise software quality requirements.
• Drive test automation and tooling adoption, improving efficiency, coverage, and scalability of testing efforts.
• Track, analyze, and report quality metrics, including defect trends, test coverage, and release risk, and communicate insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to embed quality throughout the development and release lifecycle
• Stay informed of industry standards, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting enterprise asset management.
• Manage and mentor QA staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance, preferably within asset management, enterprise systems, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance processes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience with QA tools, automated testing frameworks, and enterprise asset management software (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP EAM).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Certification in quality management (e.g. ISTQB, Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
