Compensation Range
Minimum rate: $90,000 CAD
Maximum rate: $110,000 CAD
Current vacancy: Contract till 31st July 2027
Location: Remote Canada
Duties
Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Configure Workday solutions to meet client requirements, including setting up workflows, security roles, business processes, and reporting.
Develop integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Stay updated on the latest Workday features and enhancements to recommend improvements.
Design, implement, and configure Workday solutions to align with project needs.
Analyze client requirements and design Workday solutions that align with their business objectives.
Provide training and support to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to the new system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights on best practices.
Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes for future reference.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules.
Provide expertise on Workday integrations and data migrations.
Conduct training sessions and support users to ensure effective use of the Workday platform.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Support the wider team with ticket resolution as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience minimum 3 years in workday essential. Workday certifications preferred.
Proficiency in Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, or Core Connectors.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Security, Payroll, Financials, or other relevant modules.
Proven experience as a Workday Consultant with a deep understanding of the platform’s modules and functionalities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
