Overview

The Non‑People Controller is responsible for end‑to‑end financial governance and execution across ECIF operations, External Resources, Revenue Adjustments, and Azure internal usage for the Americas. This role ensures strong controls, accurate forecasting, timely close and accruals, and effective spend management, while partnering closely with stakeholders to support approvals (including CFO‑level), resolve operational challenges, and drive insights through analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Capabilities and Skills

Analyzing Financial Data

  • Deep analytical and reporting capabilities which include leveraging internal Microsoft tools, reporting cubes, BI tools and other financial systems
  • Effectively managing and prioritizing multiple inputs, tasks and stakeholders, sometimes under tight deadlines
  • Applying critical financial analysis techniques to evaluate and enhance the impact of initiatives, projects, and/or decision-making

Cross-Group Collaboration

  • Leadership skills, proactively driving and delivering high-impact results through both individual and v-team effort
