In this role, you will help drive Microsoft’s worldwide trademark practice by partnering with attorneys, business stakeholders, and outside counsel to deliver clearance, prosecution, enforcement support, and portfolio operations on a global scale. A successful candidate thrives in a dynamic environment with competing deadlines, demonstrates good judgment in managing risk / deadlines / stakeholder needs, and brings operational excellence, including familiarity with, and a desire to evolve the practice through AI and digital transformation.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to team vision, strategy, and stakeholder relationships: help implement core strategies and initiatives aligned to business priorities; build trusted partnerships across CELA and with business clients; support AI & digital transformation and practice innovation.
- Trademark clearance and counseling: conduct global trademark availability searches using fee-based databases and common law resources; independently manage international clearance projects, including instructing and coordinating outside counsel and synthesizing results into actionable recommendations.
