Overview

With more than 45,000 employees and partners worldwide, the Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization is on a mission to empower customers to accelerate business value through differentiated customer experiences that leverage Microsoft’s products and services, ignited by our people and culture. We drive cross-company alignment and execution, ensuring that we consistently exceed customers’ expectations in every interaction, whether in-product, digital, or human-centered. CE&S is responsible for all up services across the company, including consulting, customer success, and support across Microsoft’s portfolio of solutions and products. Join CE&S and help us accelerate AI transformation for our customers and the world.

This role sits within the CE&S Chief of Staff Office, supporting the EVP & Chief Customer Experience Officer, and is part of the Communications & Culture team. The team leads strategy and delivery for executive and employee communications and organizational culture across CE&S, connecting employees to business priorities through globally scaled enablement networks and regionally relevant activation.

We are seeking a Business Program Manager to lead regional execution for Asia, owning the regional operating model and translating enterprise-level priorities into scalable, high-impact culture activation. This role focuses on orchestrating execution across AI-enabled workflows and V-team structures to drive consistent delivery, employee engagement, and business outcomes across a complex and diverse region.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Drive alignment to FY27 priorities, ensuring consistent and scalable regional execution
  • Ensure execution is delivered through an AI-enabled, V-team-based model

Regional Program Strategy & Execution

  • Translate CE&S Culture strategy into Asia-specific execution plans aligned to regional business priorities, workforce needs, and cultural context
  • Design and manage end-of-the-end program workbacks, including milestones, deliverables, and ownership models
  • Ensure consistent delivery across markets while maintaining local relevance

V-Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and enable cross-functional, skills-based V-teams as the primary execution engine across the region
  • Establish and drive clarity on roles, responsibilities, and accountability across communications, events, finance, partnerships, and community functions
  • Build capability and consistency across V-teams to deliver scalable culture programs

AI Enablement & Execution Oversight

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to scale program delivery, communications, reporting, and operations
  • Oversee AI-driven workflows to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment to CE&S standards
  • Manage escalation and exception handling where human judgment is required
  • Maintain a continuous learning mindset to integrate emerging technologies

Rhythm of Business (RoB) & Operational Excellence

  • Drive disciplined execution through established RoB cadences (monthly, quarterly)
  • Track progress against milestones, identify risks, and ensure stakeholder accountability
  • Maintain strong operational rigor across planning, execution, and reporting
  • Ensure activations drive measurable outcomes aligned to CE&S priorities

Regional Stakeholder Alignment

  • Build strong partnerships with Communications & Culture leadership and Asia stakeholders
  • Ensure activation offerings are high value, aligned, and connected to business strategy

  • Develop clear, executive-ready narratives on regional performance, outcomes, and opportunities

Executive Engagement & Visit Coordination

  • Coordinate executive engagements and visits across the Asia region
  • Align stakeholders on objectives, messaging, and employee experience outcomes
  • Ensure seamless execution of high-impact executive-facing moments

Regional Capacity & Resource Prioritization

  • Apply a tiered engagement model (e.g., high-touch vs. scaled support) across communities
  • Prioritize time, investment, and support based on impact and community needs
  • Balance consistency with regional flexibility

Budget & Resource Management

  • Own regional budget planning, forecasting, and tracking with a focus on accuracy
  • Ensure investments align to CE&S priorities and approved scope
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize program impact
