CEAI is seeking a skilled Executive Business Administrator to support a General Manager (GM) and their team. This position will take on a variety of tasks while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for a self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, anticipate needs proactively and shift priorities quickly, and be self-motivated with the ability to independently manage multiple requests.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex calendar for GM in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, ensuring accurate scheduling and prioritization; strong understanding of the business partners and stakeholders across the company to ensure GM has workback meetings in preparation for engagements
