Overview

Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind the cloud. CO+I is responsible for delivering over 200 Microsoft web portals, Live and Online Services around the world including infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and delivering trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide. We are looking for a passionate individual to help build the network that powers the world’s largest online services.    

 

Within CO+I, Datacenter Construction Delivery (DCD) is responsible for delivering datacenter capacity for Microsoft’s cloud business meeting all safety, quality, sustainability, schedule, and budget requirements. The DCD Construction Manager provides critical leadership, ownership and accountability for the team's deployment and delivery of large-scale, campus and/or regionally based delivery solutions to predictably deliver Datacenter capacity.

 

You will oversee project execution across multiple sites, manage vendor relationships, and drive risk mitigation strategies through metrics and dashboards. The position requires effective leadership to influence internal and external partners, maintain compliance, and ensure on-time delivery of complex global construction projects. Additionally, you’ll manage a high-performing team, fostering growth and accountability while promoting safety and operational excellence.  

 

This role is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates should relocate and reside within 50 miles.
