Key Responsibilities – Senior Process Integration Engineer
Own and govern HBM Global Change Process (GCP) from a PI perspective
Serve as the process integration authority for site GCP governance, including review and alignment of GCP class levels. Ensure Engineer technical accountability in GCP approvals by reviewing and auditing sign‑off behaviors, and strengthening overall change governance maturity at the site.Lead complex process integration problem solving
Drive end‑to‑end analysis and resolution of complex cross‑process integration issues that impact yield, reliability, and manufacturing stability in high‑volume production.Own and optimize process windows and manufacturing baselines
Define, optimize, and govern robust process windows and integration baselines, ensuring alignment across upstream and downstream processes.Lead integration TFT & strategy for process, equipment, and materials
Plan and execute integration‑level evaluations for new or modified processes, tools, and materials, enabling effective implementation of critical process and flow changes.Provide technical leadership for yield and cost improvement
