業務内容
※キャリアアップを目指したい方に最適なお仕事です。
主な業務内容
障害特性を考慮の上、以下のいずれか1つの業務を中心に、その業務に付随する関連業務をご担当いただきます。
・各種データ分析を通じて、生産性向上につながる設備投資などの投資戦略立案や、生産計画の企画を担います。
・半導体工場を「止めず・安全に・高品質で動かし続ける」ための、工場インフラ全部を担当します。（スケールが都市インフラ級で、新工場立ち上げや拡張にも携わります）
・装置の立ち上げや装置トラブルを解決し生産能力向上に取り組みます
・生産性向上・歩留まり向上・コスト削減等について、各種データ を分析し、課題を抽出し、改善策の提案・実行します。
※社内外の関係者と、メールや口頭でのコミュニケーションを図ることにより業務を遂行していただきます。
英語によるコミュニケーションができる方は優遇いたします。

選考プロセス：書類選考、面接（1～3回）、 実技（PCスキル等）
必須条件：
・高校卒業以上
・Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookなど）基本的なソフトウエアを 使用できる。
・日本語でのコミュニケーション must have Japanese language skills

日勤 8:30～17:15
