1.設備の安定稼働とトラブル対応

・装置の稼働率を最大化し、異常発生時には迅速に原因を特定・復旧。
・SPCやアラーム履歴を活用した予防保全も含む。

2.プロセスとの連携による改善活動

・工程改善や歩留まり向上のため、プロセスエンジニアと協力して設備条件の最適化を実施。
・装置パラメータの調整や新技術の導入支援。

3.設備の立ち上げ・改造・移設

・新規設備の導入、既存設備の改造、レイアウト変更などのプロジェクトをリード。
・メーカーとの技術折衝やスケジュール管理も含む。

4.コスト削減・効率化の推進

・消耗品の見直し、ユーティリティ使用量の最適化、保守契約の改善などによるコスト削減。
・TPM活動や自動化の推進も重要。

5.安全・品質・環境への対応

・安全基準の遵守、品質異常の未然防止、環境負荷低減への取り組み。
・EHS（Environment, Health and Safety）との連携も含む。
