ジャパンサテライトシナリオ・キャピタルエンジニアは、中長期的な資本計画要件を最適に処理し、マイクロンのファブ計画を最適化します。市況の変動による計画変更だけでなく、装置・スペースの上限を分析し、適切な調整を提案します。また、それらの計画変更に伴うキャピタルキャッシュフローを適切に管理された状態に保ち、コストパフォーマンスの改善に繋げます。グローバルFEプランニングセントラルチーム（シナリオ/キャピタル/モデリング）、サイトプランニング、SNOPおよびRND開発チームと緊密に連携する必要があります。

業務内容

• Boundary　Conditionの作成管理およびサイトへのコミュニケーション
• CoT/STR分析
• F15における問題や複雑性を理解し、適切で合理的なプラン調整を提案
• SRxケーススタディによるCapex・Space Impactの算出およびFeasibility Check
• Fabの出力を最適化する機会を模索(マックスアウト)
• Long Range Planの分析・最適化

応募資格

• 工学系・数学系・情報工学系の学士号の取得（推奨）
• エンジニアリング、または関連する部門での3年以上の実務経験を要する
• CALM、PDM、LPI、FAZER、チームセンターなどのMicron計画システムに関する知識
• 統計、データ分析、問題解決の知識と実用化
• 組織の複数のレベルと優れた顧客重視による効果的なコミュニケーション
• 関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションをすすめるための日本語および英語のスキル、および向上への意欲があること              （目安：日本語検定　N2以上、TOEIC 600点以上）
• 文書と口頭での高いコミュニケーション能力
• データベース管理の方法と手法に関する実用的な知識
• 必要に応じて柔軟な時間帯で働く意欲

The Japan Satellite Scenario and Capital Engineer will optimally handle mid- to long-term planning requirements and optimize Fab15 planning. They will analyze equipment and space limits as well as plan changes due to market fluctuations and propose appropriate adjustments. They will also ensure that capital cash flows associated with those plan changes are properly managed, leading to improve the cost performance. They will be required to work closely with the Global FE Planning Central team (Scenario/Capital/Modeling), Site Planning, SNOP and RND Development teams.

Responsibilities

• To manage Fab boundary conditions and communication to the site stakeholders.
• CoT/STR analysis
• Understanding the issues and complexities of F15, and to propose appropriate plan adjustments
• To assess the capex and space Impact through SRx case studies and Feasibility Check
• Looking for opportunities to optimize Fab output (Maxouts)
• Analysis and optimization Long Range Plan

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics (recommended)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or related dept
• Knowledge of Micron planning systems such as CALM, PDM, LPI, Team Center
• Knowledge and practical application of statistics, data analysis and problem solving.
• Effective communication through multiple levels of the organization and outstanding customer focus
• Both Japanese and English Skills for communication with stakeholders, and Willingness to improve skills (Expecting level : Japanese > N2, Englich TOEIC score > 600)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A working knowledge of database management methods and techniques.
• The willingness to work flexible hours as the need arises.
