Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.

We are a global team operating at the intersection of data, business strategy, and execution. We partner closely with Sales, Business Units, Finance, and Supply Chain to turn complex data into clear decisions that shape how the business runs. We value curiosity, collaboration, and diverse perspectives—and we bring creativity (and a bit of humor) to solving hard revenue challenges!

As a Revenue Operations Business Analyst, you will play a meaningful role in guiding enterprise decisions through data, market insight, and forward-looking analysis. This is more than forecasting—you will build narratives, challenge assumptions, and provide leaders with actionable recommendations that influence supply prioritization, customer strategy, and investment choices.

Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize market data, customer behavior, and product trends into clear revenue insights and executive-ready recommendations
  • Lead BU revenue forums, presenting forward outlooks, risks, and strategic opportunities
  • Drive demand-supply analysis, scenario modeling, and portfolio trade-off decisions across products and customers
  • Identify risks, inventory challenges, and revenue opportunities; recommend actions to improve outcomes
  • Define KPIs and improve forecasting processes, analytics workflows, and decision frameworks

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling
  • Strong ability to translate data into business insights and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of demand forecasting, supply-demand balance, and revenue planning models

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related analytical or business field
  • Experience with AI-assisted analytics or decision support tools in enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and challenge assumptions constructively
  • Experience building predictive models and scenario-based planning frameworks
  • Track record of improving analytics processes, KPIs, or operational decision-making systems
