As part of Micron’s Global Facilities Department, you’ll join a collaborative community supporting facilities teams across our front‑end manufacturing and assembly/test sites worldwide. We focus on deploying, optimizing, and governing the applications and standards that keep our global operations running efficiently. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support analytics‑driven systems for global Facilities systems, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) to support operational and leadership decision‑making.
- Integrate advanced analytics and AI‑enabled capabilities into Facilities platforms.
- Design and implement front‑end user interfaces that connect analytics and AI capabilities to back‑end enterprise systems.
- Ensure system data quality, consistency, and usability across Facilities applications and data pipelines.
- Partner with Facilities, IT, and Digital teams to identify opportunities for automation, predictive insights, and system modernization.
- Support global sites with technical guidance, standards alignment, and training to enable adoption and sustained value.
- Review and guide enhancements to Facilities applications with a focus on scalability, usability, and analytics value.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience delivering analytics, reporting, or system‑enabled insights in an operational environment.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards or visual analytics solutions (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience working with modern programming, analytics, or integration tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Angular, Snowflake, SAP, GCP).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools, including Excel, Power BI, and collaboration platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating analytics or AI‑enabled capabilities into enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to Facilities Operations, Maintenance, or industrial/asset‑intensive environments.
- Experience designing or supporting front‑end interfaces for operational or analytics applications.
- Demonstrated ability to modernize legacy processes through automation and insight.
- SAP Superuser or equivalent enterprise application experience.
