- help on daily task and assist the equipment engineer
- Work on AI projects-Assist in developing AI models to analyze wirebond equipment data
- Observe and assist in machine setup, conversion, and qualification activities.
- Assist with equipment performance trending and reliability tracking.
- Support preparation of management or internal review presentations.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Good team player with engineers, technicians, and vendors
