Job Summary

The Technology & Products Group (TPG) Workforce Development (WFD) Specialist – Onboarding supports the development, maintenance, and facilitation of training programs that enable workforce readiness across the organization. This role helps ensure that new hires are effectively onboarded through structured training, department orientations, and fab bootcamp experiences, enabling a smooth transition to productivity. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and maintain training content and documentation, analyze training data, and drive continuous improvement in onboarding programs and processes across all TPG global locations. This role is part of the Global TPG WFD Team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the facilitation of onboarding programs and learning experiences (e.g., orientations, workshops, cohorts, Fab Bootcamp) in both in-person and virtual formats
  • Assist with onboarding administration, including tracking headcount, preparing welcome communications, supporting cohort planning, coordinating training enrollment, and facilitating mentor/buddy assignments
  • Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to contribute to onboarding plans aligned to roles, functions, and business needs
