We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious SMTS WLT Technical Lead to join our world-class engineering team in Taiwan. Responsibilities
In the role of SMTS WLT Technical Lead, you will:
- Lead and drive technical projects passionate about advanced packaging technologies, including lithography, cleaning, deposition, and bonding.
- Deliver technical insight and proficiency to secure smooth implementation of projects.
- Own the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial concept through successful implementation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to team members.
