We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Facilities Electrical Principal Engineer to lead the Engineering, Maintenance, and strategic development of on-site electrical systems. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of electrical infrastructure supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align with site, corporate, and departmental goals.
They will contribute expert technical knowledge to advance innovative solutions, ensuring visible impact at the project or program level. The role also requires awareness of leadership skill development, fostering growth in both technical and leadership dimensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across all electrical operations. Conduct risk assessments and promote a culture of safety and operational discipline.
- Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to Low Voltage, including emergency generators, Dynamic UPS, and advanced power quality equipment.
