Responsibilities and Tasks
• Successfully implement and manage PM/CM tasks for TEL/LAM/ASM CVD group workstations as a shift engineer.
• Apply system query tools to extract and process information efficiently.
• Collaborate strictly with equipment owners, process teams, and production to maintain daily capacity requirements.
• Determine the root cause of equipment issues and develop solutions for tool recovery and problem-solving.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure flawless operation of equipment.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
