Strategic Planning & Roadmap
- Define and own a multi-year application roadmap for Legal, Compliance, Facilities, and Physical Security domains, aligned to corporate strategy and risk priorities.
- Conduct portfolio assessments, identify capability gaps, and prioritize investments based on business impact, cost, and risk.
- Develop and manage a demand management process in partnership with business stakeholders.
Legal & Compliance Applications
- Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of matter management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), e-billing, and regulatory compliance platforms.
- Ensure applications meet audit, data retention, eDiscovery, and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
- Partner with Legal Operations and the General Counsel’s office to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
