from Marqeta careersAs a Technical Account Manager, your mission at Marqeta will be to serve as a trusted technical and payments advisor for several strategically important customers, managing all technical aspects of Marqeta’s relationship with them throughout the customer life cycle. You will be on the front line communicating directly with customers while collaborating cross-functionally internally to win new business, increase current business value with existing customers, and strengthen customer relationships.
You will build expertise by learning from the Solutions Engineering, Product and Technology teams who develop and know the platform and solutions. In return, you will deliver critical customer feedback to help shape the roadmap and refine our offerings.
NOTE: We encourage our UK team to go into our London (Holborn) office 2 days / week on a Tuesday and Thursday. If you live outside London, we can discuss a more flexible approach during our initial call.
