About the Role
We are looking for a Sr Director of Product to lead Product Management for our Personal Loans experience. This leader will define product vision, guide a high-performing product organization, and deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.Success in this role is measured by impact. You will ensure teams focus on the highest-value problems, validate solutions through strong discovery and learning practices, and deliver improvements that measurably advance customer experience and business performance.
You and your team will own how Personal Loans experiences are envisioned, built, measured, and continuously improved, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and senior business leaders within a regulated financial environment.
