Senior Corporate Counsel

Job description

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with law firm and in-house public company securities, corporate governance, and vendor contracts negotiation experience to join our Legal team. Working in our New York City office and reporting to our Associate General Counsel, Corporate, you’ll work directly with teams across the company and across the globe, including finance, investor relations, communications, compliance, and procurement. If you can apply a broad range of skills to an even broader range of legal issues, all in a game-changing hyper-growth startup environment- this one’s for you.

In this role you'll

• Work across teams to support the Company’s corporate governance, corporate record keeping, and public company reporting and compliance efforts

• Prepare agendas, resolutions, and minutes for Board and committee meetings to ensure accurate documentation
