## What you’ll do
Program & Project Execution
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment to business priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
Governance & Operating Cadence
• Establish program governance, operating rhythms, and reporting to ensure transparency, alignment, and on‑time execution.
• Provide clear executive updates on status, risks, decisions, and actions required.
